1988   Opening of a new location in Frickenhausen, Germany.

1992   Opening of new production and management facilities in Kremsmünster, Austria.
1995   Bio-Science subsidiary founded in Florida, U.S.A.
1996   Opening of a production facility in Hungary.
Introduction of the VACUETTE® Coagulation tube with double-walled technology.
Market introduction of products for active substance screening - HTS.
1997   Preanalytics subsidiary founded in Maryland, U.S.A.
1999   Involvement in Bio-Science and the start up company BioTeSys.
Subsidiary founded for Preanalytics in Germany.

Opening of a production facility in North Carolina, U.S.A.
